THE KEY is that it not a remote investment and you are a great RE professional just like RU-SAN brother. There is No additional property management costs and no PROFESSIONAL repair costs. 

If there professional agent and certified master electrician/plumer, certified master AC professional, and blah blah, are getting $$$$$$$$$$ from this property in a monthly basis, how much can you make from this investment?
