It happens at the same time as far as I can remember. When the tenant files appeal, he has to deposit 2/3 (or 1/3?) of a monthly rent with the court of record, and deposit the rest within 10 days (or 20 days?).Then every 30 days, the tenant has to deposit the rent with the court.

The most important date for parties to remember is the 10-day appeal period. If the 10-day period is missed, the judgment will be final.
