For the termite, request the seller to do the treatment and fix damages.

For finance contigency, it really depends how your contract specify. Usually, if you have a finance contigency, you need to notify the seller your loan application is either approved or declined. If approved, you proceed to the settlement. If declined, you terminate the contract and get your deposit back. If you don't do anything, then the seller can assume your loan is approved.

If you are still working on it, then request an extension by a addendum.
