Straight line depreciation or bonus depreciation?

Anybody here knows about these two diffenences?If we probably will sell our rental property with 5-10 years,is bonus depreciation is better for tax refund reason?I think more refund if you use bonus one cos you get much bigger Depreciation number in the first year instead of straight line 27.5 years.Any one has experience about this when you do your tax? thanks a lot?
