Per year:

1. Income:1050x11=11550 (you will be lucky to get this much)

2. Tax: 3000

3. PM: 1000

4. Utilities: Gas 1800(if used for heating) + water 150=1950

5. Repair: 1000

6. Insurance: 600

So if you are lucky you get 5%. Not too bad if you don't have to do anything.
