最迎跟lg扛上了。我想买两个投资房，每个loan interest刚好抵过net taxable tental income after all expense，这样就没有taxable income。帐面上没收入，但 have cash flow。lg死不答应，一定要all cash to buy one property.，甘愿给irs交40 percent tax
