title report:请教各位地主

目前在买一short sale sfh，以作投资房。titlereport显示有二个loans and a credit card debt claim on the property.可是银行approved price只列出the amount that will be paid to the first and second loan. 我们会liable for credit card claim吗？怎么会credit card claim 会在title report 上呢？credit card debt is not a secured debt. 请教各位支招。
