Refin locked in rate 被银行涨了

我12月中申请了Refin，通过中国人的贷款公司做的；当时贷款的人说rate会lock in60-90天，我就交了钱做了appraisal。上星期接到他们的通知，说银行审查我的申请，认为我是High Risk1,利息要涨0.25%；我给银行打电话，银行loan officer 说由于我是通过Broker做的，他们不能回答我的问题。好像被下套的感觉，不知有没有人有同样的经历，该怎么办？谢谢了。
