New Year first email

First email today is bank accepted one of my offers (REO) $182,500 SFH at San Diego.

Year 2010 is the year that I withdraw all stocks and start put into the RE business.I only left the 401k in stocks witch get 20% return this year.

come to US 15 years. Income for this year:

401k - unrealized gain $100,000

Stocks- reallized $3000

RE - appreciation $20,000

Rental-gross $70,000, net $20,000

W2 (house hold)-$386,000
