Try this way I did to remove my stucked slim CPL

First, you can search online to find several way to remove the stucked filter.  After I tried several ways, I got this one:

Using a non-slip pad like the thin ruber pad used in kitchen carbinets, face the lens down to the pad, then push down the lens and turn the lens counterwise.
