Actually this was a practice photo, obviously some flaws in it..

The flaw is : Not all the hair light went to hair but diffused into her shoulder, overlapped with light diffused by softbox. But the right face is intended to be a little bit shadowed to form some kind of layers in her face.

Thank everyone... I am also in the process to improve more. I learned this all by myself and don't have a lot of art sense, just an engineer.
