Garibaldi冰川湖

Garibaldi Lake的trail head位于著名的滑雪圣地Whistler以南19公里处。 这是一个有着碧绿色彩的冰川湖，湖面海拔近1，500米，除湖的西北角外，整个湖被火山及非火山层层包围，是个未被污染的犹如仙境般的世外桃源。

劳动节的长周末，背上35磅的行囊，和另外两个backpacking朋友，一路上山，单程9.5公里，经过四个小时的hiking到达营地。 支好帐篷，又背上摄影器hiking了4，5公里，试图在Taylor meadows寻找山花未果。第二天又hike了2，3公里不是trail的山路，披荆斩棘，翻越乱石，试图到Mt Price上拍湖的全景，结果时间不够，又怕迷路，以失败告终。
