white balance is off

your photo is blue because the whilte balance is off.  lights has a property called light temperature.  lower temperature light has a yellow cast while higher temperature light has blue cast.  cameras do not care what temperature of light coming into cameras unless you tell them what temperature of set your camera to auto WB.  cameras these days have auto white balance settings.  you can either turn on the auto white balance (WB chosen by camera) or choose it yourself.  The blue cast on your photo is because either you or the camera chose a wrong WB for the scene.
