回复：两次140办485的问题

我的情况是办了两次140， 都批了，一个是PERM (PD 2008)， 一个是NIW (PD 2011),并且两个有一样的A#，我有两个的APPROVAL NOTICE ORIGNIAL COPY. 觉的这样的CASE 应该挺多的。

现在perm的排期到了，我想自己办485， 但是想尽量不与公司有什么关系，所以想用NIW的 140 （不知道这样说对不对），这样的情况，是不是有什么特殊的步骤，link上两个PD? 有些人说不用连，有些人说要，晕。

还是与别的一样，只要付上两个140，在cover letter 说明。

想自己弄，因为费用问题，但是又怕自己办砸
