我的两个都是EB2， 两个 I-140 APPROVAL NOTICE中 PD 是不一样的，但是A#一样。这个没有问题？
-Fine. Just provide the copies of both I-140 and USCIS will decide which I-140 is used (not different, actually).
在我填485表的时候，part 2: application type 是不是 a (An immigrant petition giving me an immediately availabl......)? （我spouse 的选 b)?

另外是不是我填表的时候，都是基于我的NIW140，只是在COVER LETTER 上说明一下我要PORTING （relink, 或者别的什么词）以前的 CURRENT的 PERM 140的 PD。
-Just say your I-140 will be based on two I-140s and that is all. USCIS know what they are supposed to do.
