I made one cake yesterday. It was the last day off for militaries for Veteran's Day weekend, started from Friday. Not much too do after a 3-day-weekend after all so I chose this task. It just took 20 minutes prep and 16 minutes cooking.Next weekend we'll go to Duke for Georgia Tech's tailgate party.Can't wait till this week is over! Missing life in Atlanta, NC is boring.

A little slimmy if too much pumpkin puree added. Just choose regular cream cheese,not fat free one.
