我用的是Sonya牌子的,还不错。做营养糊最好喝。我常用的配料是brown rice,小米,黄豆,枸杞,flax seeds, quinoa,红枣,薏仁米,核桃,芝麻等。以米和黄豆为主料,其余的每次加两到三种。做出的营养糊,配上自制面包或面食就是很不错的早餐。
