“The Best Chocolate Chip Cookies”
375 degrees; 8-10 minutes
· Add one ingredient at a time and beat until fluffy:
o 2 eggs
o 1 C. oil
o ½ C. light brown sugar
o 1 C. white sugar
o 1 tsp. soda
o 1 tsp. salt
· Add and stir with heavy spoon:
o 2 C. flour
o 1 lg. bag chocolate chips (appx. 12 oz)
o 1 C. chopped English walnuts (or Pecans)
· Drop teaspoons full on cookie sheet.
· Bake 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees.
To increase the batch, triple everything except the chocolate chips and nuts (double them)。
