现在炸东西,比如豆腐,丸子,都是用1 Quart的不粘锅小锅,锅小比较省油。一般都是一次次分批炸
健康考虑,想换一个好一点的不粘锅/stainless steel的锅。
看上的有如下几个:

这个锅是烤箱550F safe的,肯定可以忍耐油炸高温。我只是比较担心会不会沾

这个锅可以忍耐500F。

这个锅比上面那个底稍微小一点,也是500F safe
这种不粘锅,我比较担心涂层会不会经不起油炸高温,对身体不好
