猪啊猪, LilyBD Help needed!

We had 941 tax issue for 2007, there was balance due from difference b/w W-2/W-2Cs and 941 return filed. The tax levy had the balace paid off, but we still wanted to try to have the levy pmts to be refund,since we don't agree the balace due. We well through the taxpayer advocator service, and was told today that "collection due process (hearing)resolved by Appeals - you waived judicial review" since we signed off form 12256 to try to have levy stopped.....

Do we have a chance to have let IRS to take the reconsideration on the issue? I'm so afraid that I might be fired due to the mistake......
