美国经济前景不好，IT industry老印象蝗虫一样多!

长此下去，北美 IT 市场 老中位置会越来越少！美国这边有什么，老印那边在印度就做什么。他们的IT远程教育好像也很好，跟美国的潮流很紧的。

北美 IT 市场都快被他们包了！  Chinese managers in IT is less and less seen in Director/Upper-manager level in USA big companies- they all went back to China???????

9 out of 10 resumes received are Indians'!  My group hire 2 contractors by team manager who is also a Indian!  These contractors soon will jump to another company and build their resume with more "US Fortune 500 company experience"?!
