At the end of interview with big company for manager position, I was told I was under qulify for this poaition just because I don't have evaluatnation experiences of others person. How can I follow up in the thanks letter?

不幸的是很多people manager的职位都有这个要求,一般是两年以上的经验。除非你是内部提拔,有可能放松
