I think right now, you'd better cheer up and do more homework on how to improve your interview skills and repolish your interview answers instead of focusing on so called discrimination. If one company would like to pay the costs and gives you an on-site interview, to be honest with you, they are very serious. They should have already known that you are a Chinese from your resume. So, don't discriminate yourself before others do. Be confident and Just Do it!!
