finally new job started after experiencing a typical incident of stabbing from behind and this one was from VP in my former group. I really wanted to run into his office to yell at him."what the hell are you doing? can't you just let me go peacefully? do you have to put yourself so low like this?" anyhow, my current boss told me that I don't have that kinda history in this new department and it is up to me to build my own image here. But I think some damage has been done. What an AXXhole!

Everyone, one lesson I learned here is that if you have an external choice, go for that. Internal transfer is a pain in the rear and someone will always always do some damage.
