Don't have the data for Chinese manufacturor labor cost,

but the areas that salary rate increases fast are the industries where China leads the world and self-services well, like construction, banking, retail biz, etc.  These upper middle class is the main power of house purchase in China.  I'd worry if the manufacturing cost increases too fast, but what my friend's data was propotional to the industries.
