short sale需要注意什么呀?

我是一新手, 刚签了一合同, 去买白菜房. 好象我出的价钱对方接受(CREDITOR 的意见就不知道了). 我的AGENT告诉我房子是short sale. 本人也没有机会实际去看过房子. 就是看了网上的数据递的OFFER. 我都应该注意什么? 我可不想买一堆债回来. 谢谢大虾们!
