天雨壁炉漏，我们该怎么办?

今年四月买的房子，最近几天下雨，昨天发现从客厅壁炉的砖缝处往外渗水，大概１－２ 小时一杯的样子。壁炉内侧没有水。好象是壁炉露天部分的墙壁，或者是与屋子连接的部分漏雨，然后从壁炉的墙中下到屋子里的壁炉外墙上。壁炉的墙壁里面应该是积了很多水，请教各位，这样的情况会对房子的墙影响大吗?天还在下雨，而且未来几天预报还会下，我们该怎么办?通常来讲，HOME WARRENTY 是否可以COVER 这样的情况？如果他们不管，我应该找哪方面的工人来修，大概会是什么费用，第一次买房，没有多少维修方面的经验，多谢任何指点。
