Day 183, in the event of this catastrophe fire loss....

today, marks the 6 months anniversary of the fire lost...

we had passed all mechanical and drywall inspections, into the painting phase...

after 18 5-gal buckets of primer, we finished priming all the drywalls, next we will paint up-stair first, then trimming and cabinets, after that we begin to work on the down stair units.

the snow and ice this week, has delayed us few days...
