1. 先申请失业救济, 失业救济金应该可以管了你们的生活开销. 让你们有时间调整.

2. 然后过滤一下你们每月的支出. 把没用的都砍了.

3. 让你老公继续找工作.

房子的事暂时不急于做决定. 等过两个月你们对近况有了更清楚的认识在做决定不迟. 如果几个月后还找不到工作, 可以考虑暂时停付房贷几个月. 

现在的关键是你不能急. 先具体评估你的财力, 看能撑多久. 千万别动401K和IRA(creditors can not go after these even you claim bankrupt. Your retirement is more important than your house)

Panic always cost you money and make you make wrong decision.

Just calm down and evaluate first.
