sorry I don't understand what local eviction service you are referring. can you give me more detail?

I had a constable sent her 14 day eviction notice, then had sheriff delivered summon, the district court set the court date to be 12/16. I was hoping to get her out of my property in a few days. Now she told me that she transferred the case to Housing court, which handling cases specific to housing. I have to wait the case transferred over and wait for the housing court to determin a new date.
