房客 file chapt 7 bankrupcy,下面本人该做点啥？？大地主，大家都快进来呀!!!!!!!

我的一个模范房客，10月20日 file 的 bankrupty, 到目前为止剩下12月1日的房租没交，下面我该做点什么？？

1) 能给他的atty 打电话要房租吗？？

2) 如何去 file the "lift the bankruptcy stay”, so that I can file for the eviction later? 有人知道如何去file the "lift"? 给本人一个样本？ 如果有US bankruptcy court cases number 也可。
