as for Peak Oil, I can not wait for it comes, because my properties are all close to the skytrain. In Sept 2008, when the oil reached $150, people in Vancouver bought monthly public transit pass like crazy. I wish that time comes again sooner than later. I feel i am such a 小人, 鄙视自己!!!
