I bought several properties in Sacramento. They are sold around $300k in 2004, 2005. The prices I bought with are around $60k-$80k in 2008. Now the price only went up a little bit to $100k in 2010. I am wondering if the price will continue going up in the near future. My friends who bought houses in China and HK around 2008 almost double their assests.I always doubt there is bubble in HK and China's property market. Some people still could make money in the short term. I choose to buy in Sacramento, my assets value only go up less than 20%. But the rental income is not that bad.
