This is the first tenant I have ever had who really gave me headache, because he complains a lot about the house and he is late on payment and he used his complaint as a bargain power. I'll play hardball with him as you suggested here, but in the meantime I'll train myself not to get it emotionally but being a professional PM mentally and in strategy. This is my second year to be in this rental business, and I have a lot to catch. Thanks for sharing your experience.
