Actually, I entered option with Bank before forclosure with $5000/unit.  When Bank got my commitment (option), they entered the forclosure procedure.  I went to the Auction, and started a bidding war with other investors.  The story was a drama.  But I am not good at writing.  I will wait for the end (maybe one year) to share my story here.
