房客要求重漆房间，答应吗？

They just signed the two year lease. All the rooms are newly painted in neutral color. The wife thought it is boring, want to add some colors, they will do that themselves. I asked them to recover the neutral tone before they move out. They agreed. Do you think I should allow them to do this?  feel like they may have more requests after I agreed one.

All the big and small landlords here, what would do you?  Thanks.
