请Miat42等大师指教，租房合同中的AS is clause,具体怎么写呢？

看了miat42管理出租房的tips，真的非常及时和实用。我是看了这个论坛中的大师们的文章才跟风买的投资房。请问租房合同中的as is clause具体怎么写。请大师给个样本吧。谢谢
