出租房里的灯泡坏了， 房东该收费吗？

 住了一年的房客要搬走了， 交钥匙查房是发现几个厕所里的灯都坏点了， 去店里配， 每个要六块钱， 几个加起来也有二三十块了。 请问这笔钱应该房客出还是地主出？

多谢！我的出租房本来就每月要倒贴几百块， 所以想弄明白。
