That would create a market for the privileged who can get deals much more favorable than those at the regular market, and yet not reflected at the regular market. Slowly but surely they will in one form or anther reenter the regular market and compete.

That is what I was talking about in my previous post" 地主们千锤百炼志更坚，再来一锤也别烦。  

Hopefully, the economy will be in a better shape by next spring.  The above will not become reality.
