there is a couple wanting to rent my duplex. They have just foreclosed and filed bankruptcy. Due to hu*****and not working for two years but now has a job and wife makes 50k a year(9 1/2 years), according to them.

We filed bankruptcy on October 1st and have their court appearance on Nov. 3. They do have family members willing to cosign that have excellent credit, and they are willing to pay first and last months rent along with deposit and more up front if needed.

这种情况可以租吗？他们的破产对房租会有影响吗？
