here is a fun formula. this one works for ant and roach.
make some small doughs, the ant will bring the flour back and this will kill the whole colony.
8 ounces powdered boric acid
1/2 cup flour
1/8 cup sugar
1/8 cup shortening (use more or less as you deem necessary)
1/4 cup cooking oil or bacon drippings
(or more to form a soft dough)

the right way is to spray ant control around the foundation, go to WalMart buy some Bayer bug control, then make a solution and spray.
