how property manager earn money

The truth is all property management company rely on repair to earn money. The general management fee does not cover the cost.

I usually recommend that owner hire an agent to lease the property and manage it by him/her self.

It is a small business. You need to know a few handyman.

The basic principal is if you find a handyman through a big company, you pay $80 per hour and you pay the handyman directly, you pay $15 per hour (Too cheap handyman may not good enough to finish job by him self).

And also you see how management company earn money.
