只要是 no cost 的refinance, 在不嫌麻烦的情况下，任何时候都是值得做的.
I have tried to convince a co-worker (chinese) for this. He just does not get it!!!!!!!! (He did not do the refinance)
I told him - My 5 year kid can do this math.
