question refinance

I did my home refinance(from 5.375% to 4.875%, 30 year fix)six month ago.
the loan amount is 270,000.
today a mortgage broker told me to refinance my home to 4.375% for 30 year fixed no point no fee. The only thing you need to pay is tax & insurance prepaid.
Does any expert here think i should do a refinance again?
