冒泡说两句

刚逛了一把，感觉最近坛子里火药味很重。
俺来这里，就是冲JY等几位地产高手来的。说他们“高手”是因为他们的经验和他们的热心。过去老中们都喜欢炒股，因为来这里的多是聪明人或自认为聪明的人，以为凭着自己的聪明就可以在弹指间把别人的财富分配过来，结果往往是自己的血汗钱被别人分配了去。
现在越来越多的老中投资地产，俺以为是好现象。JY 及如山等在这里无私奉献他们的经验和知识，俺以为是积德的事，当心存感谢。闹场的也许与他们几位有什么过节，也许自己郁郁不得志，也许见不得别人被推崇，等等，但是俺还是希望几位高手能一如既往的服务大家。
