need a loan now

I got this new property approved by bank today in CA and need a loan immediately.
Twin house (no HOA) $137,000. I will put 25% down and loan amount $102,750. 30 year fixed, rental property.

Can anyone let me know the rate and total closing cost for the loan?

So far, I got 4.875%, $3675
