and I appreciate that they invested in my projects. For the finished projects, they already received what they should.

As for the other investors, I do remember when I encouraged people to invest in Woodbridge and Manassas, someone used the same tone like yours. Now, their properties have already appreciated 50% to 100%. My small single family house has already appreciated almost 200%.

How much you know the local real estate in the DC area? I really doubt.
