哈哈, the key is buying low.

If no deal, do not buy.

simply put, you need to have 1% rate at least. your monthly rent/home price >= 1%.

Just borrow for a short term (i.e. less than 1 or 2 years). This is not used for a longer term.

If I do not want to sell, why should I care about dropping in the house price. The only thing that I need to worry about is the rent ratio should be >=1%.

Actually I have already collected the whole year rent. my current % is 1.3%.
