Why you buy such old house in Cupertino? The location is near the HMS which is the worst area in Cupertino. With the same money, you can buy bigger, newer & decent house in San Ramon or Pleasanton, and the schools in those two cities are much better than Hyde school. Only disadvantage is the commute time, you need to drive 25 to 30 miles more. But I don't think that's a big deal! In California, the weather is good, and driving should not be a problem.
