Some people are just stupid. No doubt they got

short sale on their houses. I've met a short sale seller and his agent who really wanted my cash offer but repeatedly asked me to offer more. I finally added $10K more than list price and got the contract. But unhappy with the price, I backed off eventually. Those sellers are really dumb, as if they would get any of the money selling the house. And they don't know this is still a buyer market!
